Privacy policy
Short version: we collect your email only to send what you asked for, we never sell it, and you can leave any time.
Effective 2026-10-22. WhereToWatchMMA, PO Box 141, Centereach, NY 11720.
What we collect
- Email address when you follow a fighter, join the Friday newsletter or send a sponsor inquiry.
- Your follows and alert settings: which fighters, when you followed, the event page you followed from, how often you want alerts, your country (from your choice on the site, or the country Cloudflare reports for your connection) and your browser’s time zone, so alerts show the right broadcasters and start times.
- Sponsor inquiries: name, email, company, budget and message.
- On your device: your chosen country, your follow list, your email and a private subscriber token are saved in your browser's local storage so follows are one tap. We set no tracking cookies.
- Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address to serve and protect the site.
How we use it
- To email you when a fighter you follow is booked, and to send the Friday newsletter if you opted in.
- To reply to sponsor inquiries.
We don't sell, rent or share your email with advertisers. Sponsors never receive subscriber lists.
Email service
Fighter alert emails are being sent; the Friday newsletter is not sending yet. Your follows and signups are stored in our Cloudflare database. Emails come from hello@wheretowatchmma.com and be delivered through Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation), our email provider, which handles your email address and the message so it can reach you. We also receive mail sent to hello@ through Zoho. We send at most one alert email per person per day. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and a link to your My fighters page, where you can change or delete everything.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from everything with the one-click link in any email, or on our unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing also deletes your follows.
- Delete your data: email hello@wheretowatchmma.com (or write to the address above) and we'll erase your email and follows.
- Clearing your browser's site data removes the follow list saved on your device.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and email subscribers about material changes.
